As a result, he obtained FDA/IDE (Investigational Device Exemption) for the "Tylock Excimer Laser System." Dr. Gary Tylock has 20 years of teaching experience as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas teaching surgical techniques to doctors specializing in Ophthalmology. Dr Tylock has received the "Outstanding Service Award" from his peers for teaching and contribution he has made in the Department of Ophthalmology at Southwestern Medical Center.
